One-to-one. Thoughtful. Shaped around you.

No crisis. Just a question.
You can be capable, committed and successful—and still need space to think. Coaching gives you room to step back from the demands on you and consider what matters most.
You’re making decisions that affect others, managing expectations and preparing for difficult conversations. You want to lead thoughtfully—not simply react to the next demand.
The decisions keep coming, and the boundaries between you and your business can blur. You want perspective on what matters, where to focus and how to move forward.
You may be stepping up, changing direction or reconsidering what success means to you. You want your next move to reflect your priorities, not just other people’s expectations.
Professional success shouldn’t mean losing sight of yourself.
Your guide, not another set of expectations
You may spend much of your working life being the person others turn to. I offer a thoughtful, discreet space where you can bring your own questions—without needing to have the answers already.
My master’s in counselling psychology and over 4,000 hours of previous clinical experience inform how I listen, ask questions and understand individual differences. My background spans the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), the private sector and private practice.
Having lived and worked across multiple countries, I also bring an international perspective. Together, we’ll explore your priorities and turn reflection into practical next steps.
This is coaching for personal and professional development, not therapy. Read the service scope.
What we can work toward
When everything feels urgent, it’s easy to keep reacting. A pause for reflection can help you decide what deserves your attention—and what you want to do differently.
Our work is shaped around your circumstances, not a prescribed version of success.
Understand your values, question assumptions and weigh your options with greater perspective.
Prepare for difficult conversations, set boundaries and consider how you work with others.
Find your footing in a new role, a career move, life abroad or a changing professional landscape—including new technology.
Explore workload, attention and everyday habits that support well-being alongside your ambitions.
A simple way to begin
Bring the question, decision or challenge on your mind. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right.
Clarify your priorities, identify what you want to work toward and agree a focus and rhythm for your coaching.
Take manageable steps, review what you’ve learned and adjust as you go. I’ll support your accountability; the decisions remain yours.

Before we begin
A good working relationship starts with clear expectations.
Read the booking termsNo. You can start with a decision, a challenge or uncertainty about what comes next. We can use the first stage of coaching to clarify your priorities and agree a meaningful, workable focus.
The free 20-minute introduction gives us an opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for, ask questions and consider whether coaching with me feels suitable. You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Paid appointments last 50 minutes. We’ll agree a rhythm for our work that respects your time and responsibilities. If you join late, your appointment still finishes at its scheduled time.
Coaching focuses on your present choices, professional development, goals and actions. It is not therapy, psychological treatment or assessment. My previous clinical experience informs my approach but does not change the scope of this service. If it becomes clear that clinical care is needed, we’ll discuss the limits of coaching and appropriate support.
Sensitive, pragmatic and collaborative. We’ll make space for reflection, choose manageable actions and review what you’ve tried and learned. I offer accountability, not instructions for how to live. Decisions remain yours.
What we discuss is confidential, apart from if information is requested by entities with the power to do so, or if I become concerned about your safety or the safety of others. We’ll agree confidentiality and its limits at the outset. Fathom, an AI meeting assistant, will ask to join the session. Recording and written notes happen only if you consent, and you can have your appointment without Fathom. Full recording and record-keeping arrangements are in the booking terms.
You can cancel for a full refund or reschedule without charge at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments within 24 hours are non-refundable, and the fee won’t transfer to a new booking. If I cancel, you can choose an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Your next step
You don’t have to work it all out alone. Let’s begin with a conversation about where you are and what comes next.
